Morgan Sindall Property Services is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our North London Hub.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with our Operational and Commercial delivery teams, providing administrative support to the management team. Your duties will include collating and creating reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails, filing, and minute taking. You will also manage and distribute incoming mail, process stationery orders, and office supplies, as well as undertake ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong administration, organisational, and communication skills, both written and verbal. With excellent customer service skills, you should have previous experience within the repairs and maintenance sector or a trade-based background, along with good problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate and create reports, spreadsheets, memos, emails, and other documentation
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail
  • Process stationery orders and office supplies
  • Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Provide administrative support to the management team
