Project Office Administrator

Career opportunities exist for a skilled Project Office Administrator to join City & Country Group Plc's team.
The selected individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team, ensuring the efficient operation of the project office.
A key focus will be on maintaining onsite document control processes, including minute taking, data entry, and distribution of minutes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry or with transferable skills. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
About the Role:
- Maintaining onsite document control processes
- Providing administrative support to the project team
- Minute taking and data entry
- Distribution of minutes and other documents
- Maintaining filing systems and petty cash records
- Organising refreshments for meetings and compiling site plot files
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Previous use of Viewpoint(4P) document management system and FieldView
