We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Claims Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of multi-line adjusters with administrative tasks such as setting up claim files, data entry, financial reconciliation, and document review/upload.

About the role

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to continuously improve processes and procedures. They will work closely with our claims adjusters and leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that maximize efficiency.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a support or administrative capacity for an insurance risk organization or compliance organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong ability to prioritize tasks
  • Working knowledge of personal computers, including Google Docs, Sheets, and other mainframe applications
