**Customer Growth and Retention Position**

We are seeking a Customer Growth and Retention Executive to join our team in the Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading Radio Communications Provider.

About The Company

The Venari Limited is a respected independent communications supplier, specialising in wireless voice and data networks. Our dedicated engineering team in the UK is trained by industry leaders to ensure high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow and retain existing customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and research.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in account management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Salary:** £58,000 - £78,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Estimated Salary Range: £68,000 - £88,000 per annum based on location and experience.
