We are looking for an experienced Head of Client Retention to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our goals. This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing customer retention strategies, driving revenue growth, and maintaining market awareness.
**Job Description:**
As a Head of Client Retention, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customer-centric approach. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing customer-centric initiatives to maximise retention and satisfaction
* Managing complaints and resolving issues efficiently
* Coaching and developing team members to drive a high-performance culture
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer lifetime value
* Monitoring and managing KPIs to ensure team and individual success
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in managing teams in fast-paced environments
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities
* Commercial acumen and ability to navigate price-sensitive markets
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
