About Our Client:

  • We are a prominent Independent Specialist Distributor of Heavyside Construction Materials with a strong reputation in the industry.
  • We serve the UK market with operations throughout the country, making us a leading player in the sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • As Head of Sales and Distribution, you will oversee the development of our sales strategy, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.

Essential Skills:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing).
  • At least 5 years' experience in sales or distribution, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • A proven track record of driving sales growth and developing effective relationships with customers and suppliers.

Compensation Package: A highly attractive salary package ( £90,000 - £140,000), including a car allowance, negotiable based on experience.
