The Fuel Store is a leading company in the Fleet and Fuel industry, known for its commitment to customer satisfaction. We are now looking for a skilled Account Growth Manager to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our goals. This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing customer retention strategies, driving revenue growth, and maintaining market awareness.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement customer-centric initiatives to maximise retention and satisfaction
* Oversee complaint resolution, ensuring swift and effective resolutions
* Foster a high-performance culture by coaching and developing team members
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to increase customer lifetime value
* Monitor and manage KPIs to ensure team and individual success

**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in managing teams in fast-paced environments
* Exceptional leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and reporting abilities
* Commercial acumen and ability to navigate price-sensitive markets
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CRM is highly desirable
