Account Growth and Retention Lead

We are looking for a talented Account Growth and Retention Lead to join our Quandoo Australia Pty team in Melbourne. As an Account Growth and Retention Lead, you will be responsible for working with existing restaurants to retain and upskill our partner base.
You will develop a strategic plan to achieve growth targets and expand usage, understand and report on industry-specific promotions and trends, undertake regional market analysis and competitive assessment.
This is a remote-based role with potential travel required. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building experience in a fast-paced environment and knowledge of digital platforms.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
