Key Responsibilities:

The Student Retention Strategist will play a pivotal role in driving student engagement and retention at GBS Global Applied Knowledge.

As the ideal candidate, you will possess strong leadership skills and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the Retention team, developing policies and procedures, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure student success.

In addition to your strategic thinking, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles. You will also be responsible for tracking student referrals, preparing data for senior management, and providing regular updates on student retention and progression.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an exceptional communicator, able to adapt your message to diverse audiences and build strong relationships with students, staff, and external partners. You will also require a high level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as experience in building and leading high-performing teams.
