Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team at SCC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth across named accounts, preparing account plans, and working with technical teams to agree on service roadmaps.
You will lead regular business reviews with clients, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement. This is a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing opportunities for account retention.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in account management or service delivery, with a proven track record of driving growth and improving customer satisfaction.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
