Key Account Growth Manager

Eames Consulting is seeking a seasoned Development Underwriter to lead business growth and development in our Leeds, Manchester, or Birmingham offices.
Main Responsibilities:- To underwrite complex businesses and manage broker relationships, driving growth and meeting profitability goals.
- Oversee the performance of brokers in the Central and South East regions, developing new partnerships and supporting business expansion.
- Maintain accurate broker data in CRM systems and identify new opportunities to expand the business pipeline.
- Foster a collaborative, mentoring culture to enhance team skills and deliver better outcomes for clients.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Professional Indemnity or Directors and Officers classes of business.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This competitive salary reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth and development.
