Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Account Growth Executive to join our sales team at Pareto. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth by developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

This challenging opportunity calls for a results-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business and retain existing clients.
  • Monitor and report on sales activity, performance metrics, and client engagement.

Salary and Benefits

  • A highly competitive salary of £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, with an OTE taking your earnings up to £50,000.
