Customer Agreement Executive

We are seeking a Customer Agreement Executive to join our team at Intercity Technology Limited. As a Customer Agreement Executive, you will be responsible for managing our customer and supplier contracts to ensure they are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and enhance retention across all services and products.
- Review the profitability of our contracts and identify areas for improvement.
You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to understand customer needs and develop strategies to improve contract performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
