Account Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of video recruitment software, helping to shape the future of the industry.
As a key member of our Sales Team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional results. With a focus on building strong relationships with clients and prospecting new opportunities, this role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-touch sales strategy using our proprietary software, Hubspot, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging email campaigns to build relationships with potential clients and drive sales forward.
- Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing Teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Own the entire sales process from conception to end, ensuring seamless execution and maximum results.
- Previous experience in cold calling or sales is essential for this role.
Estimated salary: £42k - £52k + uncapped commission (OTE £28k - £32k)
Working ArrangementsThis role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days spent at home and 3 days in the office, providing the perfect balance between flexibility and teamwork.
