About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Growth Manager to join our team in Scotland & Northern Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development within this region.

About You

You will be a commercially focused individual with excellent negotiation and communication skills. With a strong background in account management, you will have experience of managing complex customer relationships and delivering business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop strategic accounts within the Scotland & Northern Ireland region.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Negotiate and agree contracts with clients, ensuring that all agreements meet the company's commercial requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Biffa's services.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
