**Job Summary**

Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join their team. As an HR Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies and managing applications
  • Support with employee relations, including resolving conflicts and providing guidance on company policies
  • Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files and payroll data
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents and correspondence
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a pharmaceutical company
