Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate HR team, including minute taking and coordination of HR projects.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing proactive and professional guidance and advice.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of job evaluation panels, communicating effectively with staff across the organisation.
  • Maintain HR documents on the intranet and use databases to input, maintain and report on information.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service and work without close supervision.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of or willingness to acquire knowledge of NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions of Employment.
  • Formal minute taking experience and excellent computer and IT skills.
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels.
