We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage employee travel requirements and coordinate employee recognition and milestone celebrations.
- Support company-led events and assist with recruitment administrative activities.
- Maintain the HR and access control system, including employee absence tracking and record-keeping.
- Assist with core HR projects and annual HR objective deliverables.
We are looking for an individual with a strong interest in HR and a proven ability to manage administrative activities and events. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to use your own initiative, and be a team player.
Competencies include:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including HR software.
- Customer-focused and approachable with multiple stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary, pension contributions, 25 days' holiday (increasing to 30 after 5 years), medical insurance, and an annual bonus.
Working hours are 8am-4pm, and we have a probation period of 6 months.
