Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Co-ordinator to join our HR Department at Kingdom People. As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating events, and providing support to senior management.

About the Role:

  • Manage employee travel requirements and coordinate arrangements for employee recognition and milestone celebrations.
  • Support company-led events and assist with recruitment administrative activities.
  • Assist with employee on-boarding, including documentation, right to work checks, and induction planning.
  • Support the maintenance of HR and access control systems, including employee absence tracking and record-keeping.
  • Track completion of documentation, such as probation reviews and appraisal review documentation.

About You:

  • You will have a strong interest in HR and administrative activities, with experience in managing site administrative tasks and events coordination.
  • You will be well-organised, able to prioritise tasks, and work on your own initiative.
  • You will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be competent in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Working towards or commencing the CIPD qualification is desirable.

  • Working hours are 8am until 4pm.
