At The People Pod, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Admin Assistant to join our Bolton team. As a Junior Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
