Regional Administration Coordinator

At Marshall, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration of our regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the administration of our HR system, including adding absence, holidays, and keeping personal details up to date.
  • Support the regional team in administering call out rotas and logging holidays in line with colleagues' entitlement.
  • Manage the regional email inbox and delegate tasks to the correct person or department.
  • Ensure engineers' time clockings are correctly added to the system and notify the authorizing manager of any discrepancies.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to internal and external customers.
  • Monitor failed transactions in IFS and provide feedback to engineers and lead engineers on corrective actions.
  • Send customers documentation and certification as required.
  • Manage the payroll process, compile employee attendance records, and calculate hours worked each week from employee timesheets.
  • Manage holiday for the region and provide holiday/sick forms and documentation in a timely manner through the HR department.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service administration environment.
  • Experience of working to safe systems of work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding customer environment.
  • High level of IT skills.

Working Environment:
  • Depot based.
