Regional Administration Coordinator

At Marshall, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Administration Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective administration of our regional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of our HR system, including adding absence, holidays, and keeping personal details up to date.
- Support the regional team in administering call out rotas and logging holidays in line with colleagues' entitlement.
- Manage the regional email inbox and delegate tasks to the correct person or department.
- Ensure engineers' time clockings are correctly added to the system and notify the authorizing manager of any discrepancies.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to internal and external customers.
- Monitor failed transactions in IFS and provide feedback to engineers and lead engineers on corrective actions.
- Send customers documentation and certification as required.
- Manage the payroll process, compile employee attendance records, and calculate hours worked each week from employee timesheets.
- Manage holiday for the region and provide holiday/sick forms and documentation in a timely manner through the HR department.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of working in a customer service administration environment.
- Experience of working to safe systems of work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding customer environment.
- High level of IT skills.
Working Environment:
- Depot based.
