Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Corporate HR team at North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and provide proactive guidance and advice to staff and managers.
  • Support the organisation and delivery of job evaluation panels, maintaining HR documents on the intranet and communicating effectively with staff across the organisation.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, working closely with the Corporate HR team to aid the delivery of a range of HR projects and activities.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent computer and IT skills, with the ability to produce reports and spreadsheets.
