Job Title: Assistant Store Director

At Jo Malone London, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Store Director to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales advisors to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensure the store is always well-stocked, visually merchandised, and maintained to the highest standards
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and employee scheduling
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience at a senior level, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
