About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists
- Set and achieve sales and customer service targets
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Develop and execute in-store events and promotions
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to ensure a good work-life balance for the team

About You
You will have:
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
