About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Store Manager to lead our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of operational excellence, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Collaborate with the wider MAC team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty industry
- Experience of leading and managing a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute business plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
