Cosmetics Store Manager

About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve their full potential
- Implement in-store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and create a schedule that balances work and life

About You
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience of creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
