About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve their full potential
  • Implement strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to develop and execute in-store events

About You

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
