About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cosmetics Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager to develop and implement in-store events and promotions
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to exceed their KPIs
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the MAC brand values

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
