About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Store Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists at MAC. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve their full potential
- Implement strategic targeting and customer relationship management initiatives
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to develop and execute in-store events

About You
- Proven retail management experience in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and proof of right to live and work in the country
