The Role

We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our team at Claremont Lodge in Caister-on-Sea, Norfolk. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the home, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need previous management experience in a nursing home setting and the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is also desirable, as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the home, including quality and governance, retention and recruitment, and financial performance.
  • Create a compassionate and respectful environment for staff and residents.
  • Manage a team of nurses, carers, and support staff.
  • Maintain high standards of care and support, meeting CQC requirements.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary of £65,000 per annum, plus a generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme, and annual bonus scheme. You will also receive leading bespoke training packages to support your personal growth and development.
