Care Assistant Lead in Dementia Care

Healthcare Homes, a leading provider of care services, is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at St Leonards Court in Mundford. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of elderly residents living with dementia.
About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual to lead our care team and provide exceptional support to our residents. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising care assistants, administering medication, and promoting the highest standard of care. Your expertise in writing and updating care plans will be invaluable in ensuring our residents receive tailored support.
What You'll Need- Previous supervisory experience within a care home or similar environment
- Experience in mentoring care assistants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
