We are currently recruiting for a Home Care Assistant to join our team.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a caring team, supporting residents and tenants in their daily lives. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a homely, clean and healthy environment, maintaining the well-being of our residents and tenants.


You will have a fantastic ability to work as part of a caring team, drive to deliver an excellent service and have a friendly approach, all with the aim of supporting your colleagues and our residents/tenants.


Responsibilities



  • Provide personal care and support to residents and tenants
  • Assist with household tasks, including cleaning and laundry
  • Prepare meals and snacks for residents and tenants
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Communicate effectively with residents, tenants and colleagues

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A friendly and approachable demeanor
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in care or a related field (desirable)
