- Job Summary: As a Home Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing care workers to ensure a consistent quality of service for our clients. You will also visit new customers to introduce our company, conduct initial risk assessments, and ensure all records are in place.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage care workers in daily activities
- Visit new customers prior to homecare package provision
- Conduct initial risk assessments and ensure records are in place
- Requirements:
- Experience with Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
- Previous experience in homecare or care background
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Flexible approach to work and ability to manage priorities
