Community Support Leader

Thera East Anglia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Support Leader to join our management team. As a Community Support Leader, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Support Workers, ensuring high-quality support is provided to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Line management and supervision of Support & Senior Support staff.
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of Supported Living Houses and Floating Support.
- Leading and promoting high-quality outcome-focused support.
- Quality Assurance and themed audits.
- Liaising with other people and professionals involved in the support.
- Providing on-call support and assistance when required.
- Leading on Resourcing & Recruitment within Thera East Anglia.
Requirements
- Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities.
- Knowledge of person-centred support planning, risk assessment, and rota management.
- Strong track record of achieving outcomes for individuals.
- IT skills.
- Experience of 'Iplanit' is desirable but not essential.
- A high degree of knowledge around CQC and Safeguarding standards.
- A patient, calm, and unflappable approach.
- Effective communication skills.
- The ability to effectively plan and prioritise your workload.
- A proven track record of working across multi-site locations.
