About Victim Support:
We provide critical support to vulnerable victims of complex crimes, empowering them to navigate the criminal justice system with confidence.
As a Case Manager, you will be a vital part of our team, delivering high-quality support and interventions to victims in need.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support to victims, acting as a single point of contact throughout the criminal justice process.
- Deliver support and interventions where required, advocating on behalf of the victim and coordinating services with external agencies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with victims, prioritizing their needs and concerns.
- Work effectively with multi-agency teams, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance victim support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

We're looking for an experienced and compassionate professional who can bring their expertise to our team. You'll need:
- Experience delivering high-quality services to vulnerable victims of crime.
- A strong understanding of the Criminal Justice System and its processes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to build trust with victims.
- Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of our service users.
