Case Manager

About the Role:
This position is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality support services to vulnerable victims of complex crimes.
As a Case Manager with Victim Support, you will be the single point of contact for victims throughout the criminal justice and recovery process.
You will deliver support and interventions where required, act as an advocate on behalf of the victim, and coordinate the support services required by external agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality services to vulnerable victims of crime.
- Provide a high level of communication and listening skills to effectively communicate with victims.
- Work effectively with multi-agency teams to provide a comprehensive support service.
- Use case management systems to track and manage victim support services.
- Ensure a good understanding of safeguarding issues and relevant policies.
