About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our Enhanced Support Team in Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting inpatient teams across various locations in Norfolk, providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients, visitors, and relatives to the clinical area, providing assistance, support, and information where required.
- Communicate effectively within the nursing team, multi-disciplinary team, and other departments to ensure that patient care is well planned and coordinated.
- Report and record incidents, accidents, and complaints using the trust's systems.
- Use trust systems, such as System One and ICE, as required by the clinical area.
Requirements
- Education to GCSE level grade 5 in English and Maths or equivalent.
- Must hold a UK driving license and have access to a car for work use.
- Care Certificate and/or equivalent healthcare experience.
