Care and Support Assistant

FitzRoy is seeking exceptional Support Workers to join our friendly team in Hales, providing care and support for residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health needs.
We offer a range of shifts, including full-time and part-time opportunities, with guaranteed hours available. Our Support Workers enjoy a competitive rate of £11.00 per hour, with a 10% weekend enhancement and overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality care and support, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.
