Hales, Norfolk, United Kingdom Healthcare Homes Full time
About the Role:

As a Clinical Deputy Manager at Healthcare Homes, you will play a vital part in supporting the registered manager in the day-to-day running of the home. This includes taking temporary or complete charge of the home in their absence, ensuring the smooth delivery of care services. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care, including medication management, and assisting with the management of the care and nursing teams through regular supervisions and appraisals.

About You:
As a passionate and focused individual, you will be committed to delivering high-quality care services. You will need to have an active NMC PIN and a strong clinical background, with a commitment to person-centred care. Ideally, you will have experience in leading a care and nursing team in a similar setting, with excellent workload management skills and the ability to implement the regulatory framework in the home.

What You Will Get:
As a valued member of the Healthcare Homes team, you will receive excellent induction and training programmes, paid NMC revalidation, and support with continuous professional development. If you are looking for a new and rewarding role, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our residents, then we would love to hear from you.
