We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Care Specialist to join our team at Overbury House in Wroxham, Norfolk. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and order medications as required
- Maintain effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct risk assessments and create detailed care plans
- Support new admissions and discharges
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in writing detailed care plans and risk assessments
