About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Overbury House, providing high-quality clinical support and care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical and psychological needs of our residents are met, and that they receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering and ordering medicines
  • Maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Supporting new admissions and discharges
  • Conducting risk assessments and creating detailed care plans
  • Providing a high standard of care and promoting resident well-being

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
  • Experience in writing care plans and conducting risk assessments
