About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Healthcare Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, including taking temporary or complete charge in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Registered Manager in the management of the care and nursing teams, including regular supervisions and appraisals.
  • Assist with the management of systems and procedures to ensure the quality of care provided by the home.
  • Manage and monitor the planning and delivery of care, including medication management.
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
