Care Team Leader Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care services to our residents and tenants?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Norfolk Care, the largest care home provider in Norfolk.

About the Role:

  • Lead and supervise a team of care professionals to deliver person-centred care services
  • Coordinate staff cover, handovers, and inductions for new starters
  • Support the Senior team with day-to-day management of staff
  • Set an example through delivery of high-quality care services
  • Oversee the administration of drugs and medicines in accordance with procedures
  • Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner

  • Previous experience working in a similar social care role
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor, and motivate others
  • Able to work effectively as both an individual and part of a team
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
