Join Our Team as a Care Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at NorseCare, a leading provider of care services in Norfolk. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Coordinate staff rotas, including short notice cover and handovers, to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Support the Senior team with staff management, including inductions, performance management, and reporting.
  • Set an example through your delivery of high-quality care, enabling residents to make informed choices and maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Oversee the administration of medications and respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar social care role.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and support others.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide exceptional care.
