Care Manager with Excellent Service Delivery

Job Overview
Norfolk Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Care Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional support services to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible care and support.
About the Role
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required. We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per year, plus benefits including company pension, employee discount, employee mentoring programme, on-site parking, referral programme, and store discount.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in providing care, a valid driving licence, and NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- To support the provision of a safe, cost-effective, quality service within the local area.
- To work alongside the Registered Manager in the service delivery to individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, profound complex health and or behavioural needs.
- To represent the organisation in a positive way through interaction with external partners, including purchasers, people we support, carers, families, and communities.
- To ensure that the rights of the individuals we support are upheld and promoted at all times in accordance with our values.
- To maintain records of the individuals we support in accordance with policy and procedure.
- To regularly review such documents and carry out quality assurance reviews.
- To organise staff resources effectively to deliver an excellent service at all times.
- To coach, mentor, and develop less experienced staff to provide a high-quality service.
