Overview

We are a leading provider of care services, delivering person-centred care to our residents at Overbury House. Our mission is to provide the highest standard of care and support to our elderly residents living in Norfolk.

Salary: £20.50 per hour

Job Description:

  • Care for residents' physical and psychological needs, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
  • Administer and order medicines, maintaining timely and effective communication to achieve planned goals.
  • Support with new admissions and discharges of residents, while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • Good knowledge of current clinical practices
  • Experience in writing detailed care plans, risk assessments, and diet plans
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs

Overbury House provides residential, nursing, and dementia care to 48 residents in Norfolk. We are situated close to the Norfolk Broads in a quiet residential community. Our staff take pride in delivering high-quality care and supporting each resident's unique needs.
