Norfolk Children's Home

We are seeking a skilled Therapeutic Care Worker to join our team at Merrywood House, a specialist residential children's home in Honingham, Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain safe, supportive relationships with children aged 10-18 years.
  • Work collaboratively with external stakeholders to meet the needs of children placed at the home.
  • Safeguard and promote the welfare and wellbeing of children.

Job Requirements:

  • Desirable experience working with children therapeutically or in a residential setting.
  • Ability to support and train suitable candidates without experience.
