Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservations and Guest Services Representative to join our team in the UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to travel agents and guests, processing cruise bookings, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day contact with travel agents and guests via telephone and email, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process cruise bookings, adding hotels, transfers, and shore excursions as required, using our NVS software.
- Drive sales and provide expert advice on our itineraries, destinations, and onboard experiences.
- Participate in consumer events, exhibitions, and ship visits to promote our brand and products.
- Liaise with our US office as needed to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis.
