Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Services Co-ordinator. As a key member of our reservations and guest services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our travel partners and guests from the UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reservations and guest service support via telephone and email
  • Sell and process cruise bookings from travel agents and direct clients
  • Drive sales and deliver high levels of customer service
  • Add hotels, transfers, and shore excursions to bookings using NVS software
  • Participate in consumer events, exhibitions, and ship visits
  • Liaise with the US office as required
Requirements
  • Competencies in English, French, German, and Spanish are desirable
  • Travel industry and general geographical knowledge
  • Customer service or sales background, with a minimum of two years' experience
  • Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility to work Saturdays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis
