Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cruise Operations Coordinator to join our team at Mitie. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing resources to ensure seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

  • Proactively schedule and manage resources to meet client demands, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Cruise Manager to develop and implement scheduling strategies, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of schedules, attendance, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Cruise Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including Cruise Managers, Operations Managers, and other support teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies, providing insights and recommendations to drive growth and improvement.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an operational role, preferably in a scheduling or resource management capacity.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
